雪花梨片
［用料］鲜雪花梨或鸭梨1000克，白糖100克。
［制作］〔1〕将雪花梨削皮、洗净，挖掉核。
〔2〕将净梨转刀切成二分厚的薄片，装盘，撒上白糖即成。
［特效］汁浓味甘，清淡利口。
