麻辣甘蓝块

［用料］甘蓝500克，辣椒面、五香面、盐、蒜末、花椒油各少许。
［制作］〔1〕将甘蓝洗净切块，用沸水焯一下，控净水分装盘。
〔2〕甘蓝上放辣椒面、五香面、盐、蒜末、花椒油，拌匀即可食用。
［特效］麻辣。
